Exporting wet loops often adds silence to the end

A lot of the time, when using click-and-drag from the wet button on the export page into my DAW (Reaper), the resulting file will be twice the length, with just silence in the second half. No FX on or anything, just plain loops. Mainly using performance mode, with key lock and tempo stretch enabled.
